Talc masterbatch is made of ultrafine soap stone powder as the main raw material, mixed with polymer resin carrier and related modifier, and fully mixed by the high-performance double screw machine to be extrusion and granulation. SSA talc masterbatch offers good dispersibility, low affect to the resin transparency, uniform plasticizing and good processing performance. It is mainly used in blown film application.

The greatest advantage of the talc masterbatch is thermal conductivity. The higher the talc content, the higher the thermal conductivity. The higher the heat conductivity, the less time it takes for the plastic mixture to heat or cool. This may reduce the injection molding cycle and increase the output of the extruder.

This product has dispersion very fine, free of agglomeration and bring for the end product more improve printability, smoothness, hardness, stiffness, anti-block, etc. It is also used for injection molding, blow molding and extrusion products like chair, sheet, pipes, jars etc.
